Memory Matinee Revivals with Harwich Sing - Community Screenings for Connection

Step back in time with this joyful Memory Matinee Revival, part of our Community Screenings for Connection programme.

Enjoy the classic musical Hello Dolly! from the Electric Palace’s closure years (1956–1981), paired with a fun, friendly pre-screening singing workshop led by Harwich Sing.

Designed to spark memories and bring people together, these sessions are especially welcoming for older audiences, carers, and anyone who loves music and film.

Film Synopsis:

Dolly Levi is a strong-willed matchmaker who travels to Yonkers, New York in order to see the miserly "well-known unmarried half-a-millionaire" Horace Vandergelder. In doing so, she convinces his niece, his niece's intended, and Horace's two clerks to travel to New York City.
