A genre-bending, life-affirming adaptation of Stephen King’s novella directed by Mike Flanagan. The film follows Charles Krantz (Tom Hiddleston), a seemingly ordinary accountant, across three distinct acts of his life. The story is told in reverse, mirroring the structure of the novella, as the world seems to be ending and everyone is saying goodbye to Chuck. It explores the importance of living for oneself, appreciating life’s beauty, mortality and connection. Strong performances from Tom Hiddleston, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Karen Gillan, Jacob Tremblay and Mark Hamill.
