This Screening will include a raffle in aid of : Youth Ambassadors, a youth participation group made up of young people who have used the mental health services, in the northeast Essex area. They are fundraising for Cirdan sailing trust to offer a group of young people struggling with their mental health the opportunity to tackle issues head on with the support of skippers and mental health staff. This ‘adventure therapy’ is proven to increase confidence and will be a once in a lifetime opportunity for some.
